Telephone Scam: BEWARE!!!

This morning on a national news broadcast, there was a piece on a telephone scam where someone purporting to be from Microsoft calls to say that “your computer has been hacked”, and that to fix it you must send them money.  Just so you are aware, one of our local brokerages received such a call today – it is a scam.   Microsoft has advised that they would never call and ask for money in this manner.
